Journal and Pen Giveaway

I have a girl friend that has been keeping a journal for many years now and she loves it.

In the past I was never able to keep a journal for more than a week at most. Since I quit smoking however, I started journaling again and have been using my journal to jot down my moods, cravings, aches, weight and such on a regular basis. To me the most beneficial reasons to keep a journal are to track my progress, to become more self aware and to improve my writing skills. So, to share my newfound love of journaling my Giveaway to you this month is a journal and pen set.

Journal and Pen Giveaway The 120 page “Love More – Think More – Give More” journal is by Mara-Mi. They began as a two-person (Marilyn + Mimi) start-up company, with a line of social stationery in Stillwater, MN (about a 1/2 hour drive from St.Paul/Minneapolis). You will love writing on these lined pages, the top of each page has a spot for the date and the green elastic band will keep your place.

Personally I wouldn’t hang a pen around my neck, but the chain will surely keep this pretty pink and silver pen handy for writing in your new journal. Keep it hanging off your bedpost, in the kitchen or where ever you feel most inspired.
