Online Return Process
Not every pair of shoes or accessories you love online turns out to be a keeper.
This online return process is specifically for Amazon returns, but most other big online shoes & accessories retailers have similar processes in place.
Make sure to check the return policies of the website you plan to purchase from before placing an order.
To start your merchandise return go to the websites ‘Return’ page
- Click on ‘Start the return process’
- Choose best description of return
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Select product to return
- Select reason for return
- Select shipping option (UPS is quicker)
- Print authorization and shipping labels on plain paper
Repackage the shoes, purse, or whatever you’re returning in the original shipping boxes.
Place the authorization label inside the box, cut out the shipping label and tape on the outside of the box.
Drop the box off at the nearest UPS drop off, mine happens to be only 3 blocks away.
You will receive a confirmation with your UPS tracking number via email immediately and your refund will be credited to your account within 7 – 14 business days after return has been received. Once your return has been received you will receive another confirmation email.
This whole process usually takes me less than 5 minutes to complete. It is a very simple and easy process to follow and there is absolutely no hassle involved i.e. drive time to the store, waiting in line, unfriendly store clerks, etc.
